My 1-to-1 Online Coaching is the most hands-on way to work with me and is ideal if you want a coach in your corner who can adapt your plan in real time, guide you through challenges as they come up, and help you build sustainable progress without stress or confusion.
What’s included:
Fully personalised training programme
Your training is built entirely around you, your goals, experience, injuries, schedule, and confidence in the gym. Every exercise, set, and rep has a clear purpose, so you always know what you’re doing and why.
Tailored nutrition guidance
You’ll receive realistic, flexible nutrition support based on your lifestyle and preferences. This includes calorie and protein targets, habit-based guidance, and ongoing adjustments as your needs change.
Regular check-ins & ongoing communication
You’ll check in regularly so we can review progress, address challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. You’ll also have ongoing access for questions, reassurance, and guidance so you’re never left second-guessing yourself.
Clear feedback & accountability
You’ll receive honest, supportive feedback to help you stay consistent, build confidence, and keep moving forward even during busy or challenging periods.
Monthly group coaching call
Once a month, I host a group Zoom call with all of my clients to answer any queries and just have a chat. If you can’t make it live, it will always be recorded.
Discord Community
You will receive access to my client community, where you are guaranteed to receive any support and encouragement you may need.

Membership typically includes access to PT Distinction, my custom tracking sheets, access to the community Discord, access to the monthly group call and a check-in with me (the level and frequency of this will depend on your membership tier), while you're subscribed.
