Personalised training programme
You’ll first complete an intake form covering your goals, experience, injuries, lifestyle, and confidence levels. From this, I’ll design a training programme tailored specifically to you so when you step into the gym, you know exactly what to do, how to do it, and why it works.

Clear nutrition guidance (without the overwhelm)
You’ll receive your own simple, practical coaching sheets that outline:

  • A calorie target

  • Protein and movement goals

  • Key habits that support your progress

  • No rigid meal plans. No extremes. Just clarity and structure that fits your life.

Discord Community

You will receive access to my client community, where you are guaranteed to receive any support and encouragement you may need.

Monthly group coaching call
Once a month, I host a group Zoom call with all of my clients to answer any queries and just have a chat. If you can’t make it live, it will always be recorded.

Monthly check-in & personalised feedback
At the end of each month, you’ll complete a short check-in form reflecting on your progress, challenges, and wins. You’ll then receive:

  • A personalised feedback email breaking down what’s working and what to focus on next

  • A short Loom video from me, reinforcing key points and giving clear next steps
